You can file a notice to the Regional State Administrative Agency about suspected erroneous actions of an agency, either by using a form or in a free format. The notice will not necessarily lead into action. The Regional State Administrative Agency’s primary objective is to solve cases concerning serious suspicions about action in violation of the law or good brokerage practices.
Do the following
In your notice, please specify which action or procedure you find erroneous or inappropriate. If possible, attach the related documents to the notice (such as the sales brochure, purchase offer, bill of sale or commission agreement).
Please submit the notice to the registry of the Regional State Administrative Agency in whose agency register the agency in question is included.
To whom and on what terms
The Regional State Administrative Agency does not have the powers to solve matters concerning compensation of damages or price reduction claims. The Regional State Administrative Agency does not monitor the authenticity of valuation certificates devised by agencies.
