The purpose of the Health Care Services for Prisoners is to provide all prisoners in Finland with health care services. The administration of the Health Care Services for Prisoners operates under the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). The Health Care Services for Prisoners acts in close cooperation with the Criminal Sanctions Agency.
