Normal message

You can open a normal message without the sender requiring a confirmation of receipt.  

However, Suomi.fi Messages will transmit an automatic mechanical confirmation to the organisation when the message has been delivered to Suomi.fi Messages. The organisation may also choose to be notified of when you have opened the message.
