Services

You can search for services and service channels from the guides or by using search words. 

When you enter a search word, all Suomi.fi contents containing the search word in question are shown. You can narrow your search to

• specific areas
• specific services, licences, permits or professional qualifications
• services intended for citizens, companies or organisations
• specific service channels 
• the information contained in the registers shown in Suomi.fi 
• the details of the organisations describing their services in Suomi.fi.

The search results are listed according to how well their headings and contents match your search words and filters.

Please note that there are services and service channels that are not yet listed in Suomi.fi. One reason is that Suomi.fi has not yet received service descriptions from all public authorities.

If you cannot find the service that you are seeking or you notice errors in the service, you can send feedback to the organisation that is responsible for the service.

If personal data or company-specific data is processed in the e-service connected to a service, you must log into the e-service first. 

By logging into Suomi.fi, you can

• use e-services of different organisations without separate login. You can use one-time login if the e-services in question accept Suomi.fi e-identification.
• can pay for the use of chargeable services if the organisation responsible for the e-service uses the Suomi.fi payments service.

In the Suomi.fi Payments service, you can make online payments to public administration organisations while you are logged into e-services. The service is provided by the State Treasury. For more information about the use of Suomi.fi Payments, go to the Service Management site.
