Where can I see sent mandate requests?

You can see all those to whom you have sent mandate requests in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations on the Sent requests page

after selecting Personal mandates as the service role,
provided that the assignor has not yet validated the mandate.

If you click on the name of the assignor, you will see all the mandate requests you have sent to them.

If you requested a mandate from an organisation and its representatives must jointly validate the mandate, you will see the mandate requests on the Sent requests page until one of the validators has validated the mandate. When this has been done, you will see the mandate request on the Mandates to be received page until it has been fully validated.

If there is a large number of mandate requests, you can

search for mandates that you have requested from a specific person, company or organisation by the name, part of name or identifier of the assignor
only search for the mandates you have requested with certain mandate themes or certain specifier
limit the list based on the period of validity of the mandates.

The sender can invalidate a sent mandate request independently themselves when the recipient has not yet validated the mandate. If the recipient has already validated the mandate, you may invalidate the received mandate.

When you want to invalidate a mandate request, do as follows:

Identify yourself in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations.
Select Personal mandates as the service role.
On the Sent requests page, you can see all assignors to whom you have sent mandate requests.
You can select one or more assignors and invalidate all mandate requests sent to them at one time. When you click on an assignor's name, you can select individual mandate requests that you want to invalidate.
Finally, click on the Invalidate button.

Invalidated mandate requests are completely deleted from Suomi.fi e-Authorizations and the recipient is not notified of the invalidation of the mandate request.
