What are a person's mandate themes?

Mandate themes are matters that can be managed on behalf of an assignor. 

• Each service that uses Suomi.fi e-Authorizations determines which mandate theme can be used in the service. 
• The competence description of each mandate theme shows what kind of matters the assignee can manage with the mandate in question.
