Termination with notice

As an employee, you may terminate your employment contract without giving any reason to the employer. Both the employer and the employee must observe the period of notice of termination set out in the Employment Contracts Act, in the collective agreement or in the individual employment contract.

The employment contract ends when the period of notice expires, and the employee has normal working duties over this period.
