Guidance in guardianship

A guardian is appointed by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency or a court.  A guardian is frequently the client`s  grown-up child, spouse or some other close relative. A person may also appoint someone in advance to act as his or her guardian. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency provides guidance in how to make guardianship arrangements.
