A gift tax must be paid when assets are transferred to another individual as a gift and the gift is worth EUR 5,000 or more.

An inheritance tax must be paid for assets obtained by inheritance or will.

You can appeal your taxation once it has ended. The appeal is filed by submitting a written claim for adjustment to the Assessment Adjustment Board.

Submit a tax return if you have had forestry income or expenditure during the calendar year, or data related to reserves and forest deductions.

When you buy a property, an owner apartment or other securities, you must submit a transfer tax return and pay the transfer tax.
