Grief counselling and peer support for the grieving

A loved one's death can be expected or it can come suddenly without warning, and it may evoke a wide range of emotions. Grief always takes time as well as energy. A death can produce a great deal of mandatory work and organisation for family members, but it is also good to rest in the midst of all of this.

There are a number of options available for people grieving their loved one’s death. You can get help from grief counselling or peer support. Speaking with others who have gone through the same thing will help in moving forward. Grief counselling is available in both private sessions and group sessions.
