Welcome to the renewed Suomi.fi!

The renewed Suomi.fi web service brings together contents for citizens, businesses and authorities. In Suomi.fi, you can find public services along with helpful contents for different life events and entrepreneurship, all in one place.

The new Suomi.fi has replaced the former Suomi.fi portal for citizens and Suomi.fi Workspace pages for authorities’ services. Also, the business services portal EnterpriseFinland.fi is now a part of Suomi.fi.

Are you looking for an e-service or a form?

If you are looking for a particular e-service or form, use the search function in the top of page. You can search using, for example, the form’s name. If your search gives no results, please contact the organization responsible for the e-service or form.

Suomi.fi contains a wealth of information on public services. Detailed service descriptions are currently being produced and maintained in all the public sector organisations that produce services for citizens and businesses. The service descriptions contain information on who the service is intended for, who is responsible for it, and where and how the service can be used (eg online transactions, printable forms, telephone service and local service locations).

Are you looking for contents for sign language users?

Looking for the contents of the Suomi.fi Workspace site?

If you are an authority looking for an e-service or a form as an authority, use the search function in the top of page. Search using, for example, the form’s name and filter the search to the target group “authorities”.

The quality criteria for online services were not included in the new service because the material was already outdated.

Are you looking for information on the functions of the state and municipal authorities?

The State and municipalities section in the old Suomi.fi is not in the renewed Suomi.fi. Information on different authorities and their functions can be now found in different sections of the service such as Rights and Obligations > Decision-making and Legislation in the Citizens' topics.
