In the event of a crisis or a serious problem, you can get help and support by calling an emergency helpline. In addition to public authorities, there are dozens of associations with their own helplines in Finland.
You can contact Victim Support Finland either by phone or by sending an electronic request for someone to contact you. ‘Tukinainen’ is a crisis centre that provides support for women who have been sexually assaulted or abused.
