Library services for special groups

Own library services are organized for several special groups like visually impaired. Celia Library for the Visually impaired provides literature in attainable form for all those who because of an illness or disability are not able to read common printed books. The library of the Finnish association of the Deaf is a special library open for all that provides literature about the deaf and sign language. Also children and the elderly are considered special groups for libraries.
