Financing a home
When choosing the type of housing and finding a home, you should first find out about the differences between various types of housing. You should always read agreements carefully. It is also advisable to look into different housing and financing options, examine the prices of homes already sold and calculate in advance how much rent or mortgage you can afford to pay.
Before planning to buy somewhere to live, potential buyers should familiarise themselves with the legislation on buying property, such as the validity of the purchase offer. It is also important to establish who is responsible for the costs of renovations or for any problems discovered with the building in each of the housing types.
