Temporary help with child care

The Mannerheim League for Child Welfare (MLL) and the Family Federation of Finland offer help when there is a temporary or short-term need for childcare. The reasons may be related to illness, the parents' work or other business, or recreation.

The Family Federation’s childcare service covers the capital area, while MLL operates around the country. Both organisations charge for their services. Nurses have the necessary training, and many also have a degree in social services and health care. Childcare is a tax deductible service subject to certain terms and conditions.
