Confirmation of paternity
The paternity of a child born outside marriage, for example to a couple who are living together, can be confirmed by acknowledging the paternity at a register office or by a judicial decision. Confirmation of paternity without an acknowledgement can only be carried out if biological paternity has been proven with a paternity test.
