Associations
Associations can be registered or non-registered. A registered association can be set up by a minimum of three people aged 15 or over. The founders can also be organisations with legal capacity. Registered associations have legal capacity, and they can have assets, enter into contracts or fill in forms and petitions. The National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland maintains the Register of Associations.
