Slightly more than one million of the Finnish population are aged over 60, and of them around 400 000 are over 75 years old.
This page contains links from the Suomi.fi portal that contain important information and services for people who will soon be retiring from working life and for those who have already retired. Information can be found on benefits, health care and the fundamental rights of citizens.
The page consists of links that can be found in the subject pages of the Suomi.fi website. The links take users only to sites created by the public sector or civic organisations. Commercial sites or sites run by private individuals are not linked to the Suomi.fi website.
The right-hand side of the page contains links to important services for the elderly, forms and laws. The contact information for the public sector organisations responsible for the links can also be found in this column.
