Using this practice form, you can try out filling in an online form. This form is similar to a common simple public administration online form.

There are also structured, multi-stage online services and forms such as online banks. Organisations providing such services often offer a ‘demo service’ where you can practice using the service without submitting any actual data. However, most online forms and public services contain fields and selections similar to those on this practice form, so practicing on this form will help you use a wide variety of forms.

The form fields and menus are not real. The information you fill in will not be saved anywhere. Practicing here is safe. When you fill in an online form on a public terminal, please clear the browser cache. This will remove temporary Internet files from the computer. You can find instructions on how to clear the cache in the help file of the browser itself.
