RTF-forms
The Rich Text Format (often abbreviated to RTF) is a proprietary document file format developed for cross-platform document interchange. Most word processors are able to read and write RTF documents.
Printing a RTF form
RTF forms can be printed as blanks or after filling them in.
Instructions
Instructions on how to fill in a RTF form are often included in the form itself. Some forms have separate help files. You can find links to separate help files on the forms page under Instructions.
