Different types of forms
Suomi.fi portal includes e-services and printable forms in Word, Excel, PDF- or RTF format.
E-services
An e-service generally involves filling in and submitting electronic forms online. Some of these are simple web forms, while others are structured e-services progressing in stages.
Most e-services are available without logging in, but some require electronic identification, and some may even require a digital signature. Electronic identification can be performed and a digital signature entered using a certificate card or online bank identification.
Printable forms
The printable forms are in Word, Excel, PDF- or RTF formats and can be downloaded for printing. Some forms can be filled in online before printing. Forms that are printed and filled in should be submitted by mail.
The “Send Suomi.fi link” functionality lets you add Suomi.fi pages to your bookmarks and send Suomi.fi pages by e-mail to the recipients of your choice. You can also share Suomi.fi content with your network in social networking services. Using these services is usually free of charge, but they require user registration.
