Excel forms
To open forms in Excel format, you need to have Microsoft Excel 6.0 or later. Excel forms can be viewed and printed using the Excel Viewer.
If you have Microsoft Excel, you can fill in the form on screen and save the filled-in form on your computer.
OpenOffice is a full office application suite built on open source and open standards, freely downloadable on the Internet. OpenOffice is almost fully compatible with documents created with the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and it can open and print forms created with Microsoft Excel.
Printing a Excel form
Excel forms can be printed as blanks or after filling them in.
Instructions
Instructions on how to fill in a Excel form are often included in the form itself. Some forms have separate help files. You can find links to separate help files on the forms page under Instructions.
Download Excel Viewer
To read files in Excel format, you can use e.g. the Microsoft Viewer software. It's available for free download on Microsoft's web site.
