You or your family may receive temporary housing if you urgently need a place to live due to lack of accommodation and need support to sort out the situation. Adult social work will assess your situation and work with you to consider your housing options. In acute emergencies, temporary housing can be provided on the same day.
Do the following
To whom and on what terms
Temporary housing is granted when other housing options (e.g. acquaintances, drop-in centres or the private housing market) are not available or possible. Your situation will be assessed by a social work professional who makes the decision to grant or deny the service. The service is always short-term, and the aim is to find a more permanent solution.
You can contact us by phone or through the Maisa client portal. You can also submit a contact request at a service point.
